**Assistenz im Bereich Content Creation (m/w/d)**

Die Position wird in **Vollzeit **und im Rahmen einer **Arbeitnehmerüberlassung **besetzt.

**Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben**:

- Abrechnung von Geschäftsreisen, -essen und Workshops über SAP
- Terminkoordination über Teams, Outlook und Zoom
- Allgemeine Organisation des Kalenders in Abstimmung mit den Assistenzkräften von angrenzenden Bereichen
- Organisation von Terminen wie Workshops, Events, Essen, Geschenke
- Buchen und abrechnen von Geschäftsreisen, Geschäftsessen, Workshops
- Bestellungen von technischem Bürobedarf über verschiedene Systeme
- Pflege des Kalenders
