**Über die Position**:
Aufgrund der guten Auftragslage bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, bei unserem Partner als Content Creation Assistant (m/w/d) in München zu starten.

Wir stellen dich bei uns an und du agierst bei unserem Partnerunternehmen vor Ort. Der Einsatz beim Partnerunternehmen ist zunächst bis zum **15.10.2024** befristet.

Wir führen den Bewerbungsprozess durch, wende dich bei Fragen gerne an deine Karrierepartnerin Kim von Academic Work.

**Aufgaben**:

- Terminkoordination: Einstellen, Verwalten, Koordinieren von Terminen (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Zoom)
- Organisation von Terminen wie Workshops, Events, Essen, Geschenke etc.
- Buchen und Abrechnen von Geschäftsreisen, Geschäftsessen und Workshops
- Bestellungen von Hardware & Tech

**Wir suchen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen
