**Stellenbeschreibung** Deine Mission während unseres Fluges**:

- Als Teamleitung Manufacturing Engineering bist du für die disziplinarisch Führung der Prozessingenieure in deinem Bereich zuständig.
- Als Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion stellst du die Herstellbarkeit unserer Produkte sicher (Design for Manufacturing).
- Mit deinem Team führst du Versuche durch und begleitest Musteraufbauten, um robuste Prozesse für die geforderte Ausbringung der Fertigung zu gewährleisten.
- Als Experte für Fertigungs
- und Montageprozesse bist du mit deiner Erfahrung ein Mentor für deine Mitarbeiter und Kollegen.
- Als Dienstleiter arbeitest du eng mit den Abteilungen Entwicklung, Produktionsplanung, Beschaffung, Qualität und Produktion zusammen, um den operativen Erfolg im Shop Floor zu ermöglichen.
- Mit deinem Team bist du für die Bereitstellung der Fertigungsunterlagen in Form von Arbeitsanweisungen, Arbeitsplänen und Zeichnungen verantwortlich und legst die Prozessreihenfolge fest.
- Du treibst die "Design for Scale" und "Design to Value" Prozesse voran.
- Mit deinem Team unterstützt du die Fertigung und bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse.
- Du stellst die Qualität im Produktionsablauf sicher und entwickelst einen geeigneten Kontrollplan entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

- Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung in leitender Funktion in den Bereichen Manufacturing Engineering oder Prozess Engineering, idealerweise im Luftfahrtumfeld.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Fertigungstechnik.
- Du bringst sehr gute Lean Management Kenntnisse mit.
- Dich zeichnen hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutz.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Du kannst gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, ERP, MES und CAD vorzeigen.
