**Administrator Order Management" (m/w/d)**.

**Was erwartet dich?**
- Verantwortlich für das tägliche Buchen von Aufträgen sowie das effiziente und professionelle Bearbeiten sämtlicher internen und externen Anfragen.
- Selbstständige Abwicklung auftragsbezogener Bestellungen bei Herstellern
- Auftragsnachbearbeitung und Ordermanagement
- Eigenständige Margenkontrolle
- Erstellung von Angeboten anhand konkreter Vorgaben
- Überwachung und Kontrolle von Backloglisten, Liefersperren, Konditionen der einzelnen Hersteller sowie Bearbeitung schriftlicher Lieferzeitanfragen
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst und After-Sales-Management
- Abteilungsspezifische administrative Tätigkeiten
