**Your Role**
- You are responsible for the international development as well as the maintenance and expansion of our social media channels
- In cooperation with different departments, you are responsible for the control of multinational content on our social media channels
- You manage existing content with regard to topicality, CI, multilingualism and product ranges
- The analysis of the success of the social media channels is also one of your tasks as the derivation of recommendations for lead generation
- You are actively involved in the planning, coordination and implementation of digital projects to improve the customer experience
- You work on new digital formats to improve our customer portal as part of optimized digital customer communication with a global focus and are responsible for implementation in cooperation with the specialist departments
- You will work on interdisciplinary projects and control internal and external interfaces as well as service providers

**Your Profile**
- Completed university studies relevant to the job
- Several years of professional experience in project management of digital platforms and in the field of social media
- You are committed, communicative and responsible and proactively contribute ideas
- You are characterized by high quality standards and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- You are a team player and enjoy managing and implementing digital projects
- You have very good knowledge of English and are fluent in German
- You are characterized by a quick comprehension as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus
