**Your Role**
- Implementation of all measures along the customer journey (paid, owned, shared, earned) from planning to introduction in relevant digital channels to conversion in order to meet KPIs.
- Further development of the corporate website to optimize customer experience and traffic generation
- Implementation of the technical and content-related SEO measures to increase the visibility and reach of the website
- Development and implementation of online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Continuous tracking of relevant KPIs using appropriate analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) as well as interpretation and derivation of suitable measures
- You are responsible for the conception and control of multinational content on our digital channels in cooperation with the specialist departments
- You manage existing content with regard to topicality, CI, multilingualism and product ranges
- You work on new digital formats and their global implementation and use
- You work on interdisciplinary projects and contribute your expertise
- Creation of presentations, statistics and reports
**Your Profile**
- Completed university studies relevant to the job
- Several years of professional experience in project management of digital platforms, in the field of web content management and search engine marketing
- You are committed, communicative and responsible and proactively contribute ideas
- You are characterized by high quality standards and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- You are a team player and enjoy managing and implementing digital projects
- You have very good knowledge of English and are fluent in German
- You are characterized by a quick comprehension as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus
