Als Executive Producer bist du “Entrepreneur” und kreativer Kopf des Programms für Sat1, ProSieben & Joyn. Du liebst die Herausforderung, Formate und Formatinhalte maßgeschneidert für deine Zuschauer zu gestalten? Vielfältige Programmfarben, hohe Schlagzahl und ein starkes Team sind genau dein Ding? In dieser Rolle lebst du unser hybrides Modell **„Traveller“ **. An festgelegten Wochentagen wirst du vor Ort sein, an den anderen Tagen kannst du remote arbeiten. Alle Infos erhältst du hier.

**Das erwartet dich bei uns**:

- Du bist Executive Producer für unsere Primetime-Formate (Show, Reality & Comedy). Intern wie extern bist du redaktioneller Hauptansprechpartner für die von dir verantworteten Produktionen
- Du übernimmst die inhaltliche Steuerung und die Qualitätssicherung von der Idee über die Produktion und Abnahme bis hin zur Ausstrahlung, auch auf unseren digitalen Plattformen
- In deiner Rolle als Ansprechpartner für die Produktionsfirmen, Agenturen und Moderatoren bist du ebenfalls für das Weiterentwickeln von Künstlern, Moderatoren und Sendergesichtern verantwortlich
- Du führst Trend-Monitorings in den Bereichen Themen, Stoffe, Gesichter und Konkurrenz durch, beauftragst alle erforderlichen Researchmaßnahmen und bist in der Lage, dir Kenntnisse über alle nötigen Informationen zu Strategie und Sendeplätzen anzueignen
- Du übernimmst in Kooperation mit dem Production Management das Kostenmanagement und unterstützt diese ebenfalls bei Vertragsverhandlungen mit den Produzenten

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du bringst umfassende Erfahrung als Executive Producer oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Entertainment/Reality mit
- Du beherrschst das Storytelling und Handwerk für Unterhaltungsshows (live und aufgezeichnet), Doku-Soaps und Reality
- Du verfügst über eine umfassende Marktkenntnis, vor allem zu Veränderungen und Trends und bringst ein Netzwerk im Produzentenmarkt in diesem Bereich mit
- Du schaffst dir eine eigene effiziente Arbeitsstruktur, um Themen voranzutreiben
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Content-Verbreitung auf digitalen Plattformen außerhalb des klassischen TV-Geschäfts zeichnen dich aus
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
