About QuantumDiamonds
- At QuantumDiamonds, our mission is to revolutionize multiple industries by providing precise diagnostics through diamond-based quantum sensing.
- We have developed a Super-Resolution Quantum Imager (SQI) that combines advanced optical components with proprietary diamond production and software, enabling imaging at nanoscale resolution and fast measurement in the range of minutes.
- We work closely with industry partners to test and refine our system, preparing it for commercialization and bringing a new level of precision to medical diagnostics, chemistry, and semiconductor manufacturing, among others.

Tasks

As a Founder Associate (Intern), you'll be the right-hand person to our CEO Kevin Berghoff. Your role will encompass a diverse array of tasks and projects, requiring you to exhibit versatility and adaptability in managing a spectrum of responsibilities. These responsibilities may span both business-related and tech-related domains.

**What you will work on**:

- As a Founders Associate Intern, you will become a part of the operational business and contribute to keeping the company on track.
- You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders from all departments to identify and develop solutions, which you will subsequently implement using analytical methods and a keen sense of emerging opportunities.
- You will be involved in projects of high importance to the company, assisting in the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of cross-functional programs and initiatives.
- You will work cross-functionally with departments and the senior leadership to facilitate further company growth.

**Requirements**:
**What we're looking for**:

- You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in a natural science discipline at a top university, and you are in the transitional phase between bachelor's and master's and wish to undertake a 3-6-month internship.
- You have gained initial practical experience through internships in a high-paced environment such as startups/scaleups, consulting, or investment banking
- You possess a natural aptitude for understanding complex relationships and have good communication skills.
- You set the highest quality standards for yourself and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written.
