Then we really want you in our fast-growing team as a Sales Development Representative, with the mission to excite and convince new prospects and accompany them on their journey to the Future of Brand Management with our SaaS solution “brainsuite”, which allows to evaluate any creative assets at lightning speed and at scale.

At aimpower you will shape our market-message fit and sales playbook according to the real needs of our target clients by actively being involved in the sales process and being the first point of contact between the market and aimpower - therefore in many conversations the first face of the company. Your activity will be strongly supported if needed by the founder and management team.

Our target groups are typically companies from FMCG / F&B, Telecoms, Financial or Digital Goods, often leaders in their industry and actively seeking solutions that are accelerating their marketing and insights processes. Stakeholders include Senior leaders in Marketing, eCommerce, Brand Management, Insights/CMK, Shopper or Trade Marketing.

You will be responsible to qualify leads from our marketing and outbound activities, present aimpower and our products, engage your audience, scope the right solution and smoothly transition our prospects to a license subscription.

The role includes working closely with aimpower´s management and teams from marketing and customer success to jointly and continuously further develop our sales formula.

**In this role you will**:

- Contact and qualify potential leads coming from various inbound sources and recommendations and outbound pre-qualification, to ensure a high value conversation on the first touchpoint
- Prepare and deliver new business presentations and product demos for brainsuite´s products and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome possible objections
- Craft and streamline a consistent, repeatable and measurable sales and follow-up process with your leads
- Actively build a network and reach out to potential leaders and decision makers in Marketing for lead qualification and scheduling appointments
- Develop and experiment with social selling, account-based messaging and smart tools to generate new leads
- Work closely with the Marketing and product development team in the development of strategic prospecting approaches, need-led product development, account-based selling, and marketing campaign synergy.
- Understand and stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
- Use hubspot CRM and Marketing tools, and do most of your sales presentations online via video

**About you**:

- A degree in a related field, such as marketing, management, business administration etc.
- Relevant work experience (2 year +) in Sales/Business Development, experience in the SaaS field is a huge plus but not a must
- A good knowledge or high interest in Brand Management, Marketing, Media and Insights pro-cesses might be very helpful, as well as interest in Behavioural Science and Neuromarketing topics
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a positive approach to actively reach out to prospects
- Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented, high-growth sales environment
- Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal-oriented with a growth mindset
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
