**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Die Betriebssicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit der gesamten Haustechnik, sowie der Engerieversorgung zu überwachen und entsprechend den Norm-Vorgaben zu dokumentieren
- Permanente Sicherstellung des einwandfreien technischen Zustandes des Hotels
- Inspektionen inklusive der notwendigen Reparaturarbeiten im gesamten Hotel
- Durchführung von anfallenden elektronischen Instandsetzungen und Prüfungen gemäß den entsprechenden VDE Richtlinien
- Erstellung des Budget sowie den Forecast für die technische Abteilung
- Betreuung, Unterweisung und Weiterentwicklung des 5-Köpfigen Technikteams inklusive Dienstplangestaltung und Urlaubsübersicht
