**Spezialist Auftragsbearbeitung Export** (m/w/d)
in Hennigsdorf
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Meldung von Transportschäden, Intrastatmeldung und interne KPI Auswertungen. Die Ergebnisse fließen in Empfehlungen zur Steuerung von Prozessverbesserungen und Kostenreduzierungen ein und werden in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten an die SCM-Leitung berichtet.
- Annahme, Eingabe und Abwicklung aller eingehenden Kundenaufträge aus dem Ausland in unser ERP-System; verantwortlich für die Erstellung exportrelevante Ausfuhrpapiere (z.B. Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente, Ursprungszeugnisse und Präferenzdokumente)
- Abfrage von Bezugsberechtigungen und Wünschen bei den Kunden, Vertriebspartnern und Thermo Fisher Niederlassungen, Angebote für Sondertransporte einholen und nach Auswahl beauftragen.
- Hausinterne Klärung von Preisen und Sonderkonditionen, Weiterleitung spezieller Anfragen oder ggf. Beschwerden/Reklamationen zu unseren Produkten an die entsprechenden Funktionen im Haus.
- Pflege von Kunden
- und Produktdaten sowie versandspezifischen Daten in unserem ERP-System, Pflege und Archivierung der Umgangsgenehmigungen unserer Kunden sowie Lieferantenerklärungen, Erstellung von Rechnungen und / Gutschriften (z.B. Befundabrechnungen), auch ohne Warenlieferungen, z.B. im Zusammenhang mit Retouren-Bearbeitung und Ersatzlieferungen.
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller internen und externen Regelungen und Richtlinien im Rahmen der o.g. Aufgaben speziell Außenwirtschafts-, Zoll
- und Compliance-Vorschriften sowie aller betreffenden Qualitätsanforderungen aus unserem Qualitätsmanagment-Handbuch.
Ihr Profil:
- Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, vorzugsweise Speditionskaufmann
- Vorzugsweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Transportwesens, der Export-, Compliance
- und Logistikrichtlinien
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP/SD, MM Modul und MS-Office-Paket
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch in kritischen Situationen
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
