As Order Handling Specialist (f/m/d) you will be the contact person for customers and business partners for Secondary Switchgear Ring Main Units in the area of Distribution Solutions / Electrification in Germany. The position is located in Ratingen / North Rhine-Westphalia / Germany or Berlin / Germany. The position can be performed from the home office. You will support the sales team Secondary Switchgear Ring Main Units with your customer service skills in processing customer orders.

Sales Manager Ring Main Unit
**Your responsibilities**:
- Processing of customer orders from order acceptance to delivery incl. after sales (complaints)
- Billing of customer orders
- Monitoring the status of orders
- Ensure processing and resolution of customer concerns and supportive intervention in case of necessary escalation
- Ensuring positive customer experience, keeping customers informed and resolving ambiguities
- Contribute to process optimization in order processing
**Your background**:
- At least two years of professional experience in order processing or a similar position
- An agile and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of customer issues
- Basic customer service skills and experience
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce desirable
- A team player with a solution-oriented approach and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial training or studies with technical understanding
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
