**Therapeutic Area Lead - Primary Care Medical Education & Innovation (m/w/d)**

In unserer Business Unit Medical werden die Perspektiven der Medizin und der Patienten zusammengeführt, um die Wirkung unserer Medikamente vor Vermittlern, Regulatoren, Patienten und anderen medizinischen Entscheidungsträgern zu bestätigen. Aus diesem Grund beschäftigt sich die Abteilung unter anderem mit der strategischen Planung und Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Studien. Hierbei werden Patienten stets mit einbezogen, damit ihre Perspektiven in allen Bereichen des Unternehmens reflektiert werden können.

Wir suchen Sie als **Therapeutic Area Lead - Primary Care Medical Education & Innovation (m/w/d).**

**Einfluss nehmen**:

- Sie sind für die Medical Affairs Strategie im Bereich Primary Care innerhalb von CVRM, sowie deren Umsetzung und
- Anleitung für eine optimale Ausführung, verantwortlich
- Sie stellen medizinisches Fachwissen und Expertise für die Primary Care Medical Group bereit und arbeiten eng mit den funktionsübergreifenden Teams innerhalb von CVRM zusammen, um Konzepte für die Umsetzung auf nationaler Ebene zu entwickeln
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team entwickeln, planen und liefern Sie Inhalte für die PCP-Community / medizinisches Fachpersonal und kümmern sich um den Aufbau und die Pflege des Netzwerks mit der Community
- Darüber hinaus fungieren Sie als medizinischer Botschafter für die PCP-Initiative und arbeiten eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern und Experten zusammen, um deren Bedürfnisse besser zu verstehen
- In Ihrer Funktion generieren Sie Wissen und beobachten sowie bewerten die Landschaft der non-promotional Initiativen im Bereich CVRM für PCPs
- Darüber hinaus kümmern Sie sich um betriebliche Anforderungen, um unsere hohen Standards für Compliance-Vorschriften und Budgets zu erfüllen
- Als Therapeutic Area Lead sind Sie zudem Teil des medizinischen CVRM-Leitungsteams und können die strategische Ausrichtung für den Therapiebereich mitgestalten

**Stärken beweisen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Humanmedizin, Pharmazie oder ein vergleichbares naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit abgeschlossener Promotion
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Klinischen Forschung oder der pharmazeutischen Industrie innerhalb von Medical Affairs
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Implementierung von medizinischen Strategien
- Fähigkeit zur zügigen und selbstständigen Einarbeitung in neue Indikationen
- Erfahrung in der direkten und indirekten Führung von Teams sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Entscheidungsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit nachhaltige Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aufzubauen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft
