**INTERNSHIP SUSTAINABILITY (M/F/D)**:
Our team in **Essen** currently has an opening for a **Internship Sustainability (M/F/d)**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Your role as an intern will give you many insights into the ESG efforts of a globally operating DAX company and world market leader. As part of the sustainability team, you will be able to live out your passion for sustainability and contribute to the development and implementation of the ESG corporate strategy. You will work with people who share this passion and are committed to it within the company.
- Supporting the strategy, organization and processes of international projects and day-to-day business
- Support in the internal coordination of initiatives, as well as preparation and implementation of sustainability workshops
- Support in the implementation of supply chain laws
- Collaboration in global climate protection activities
- Preparation of presentations and evaluations
- Creating content for external and internal communication of sustainability initiatives and knowledge transfer within the Group
- Supporting the aggregation and evaluation of ESG key figures at Group level as well as ESG reporting (internally and to rating agencies such as CDP or EcoVadis)
- Of course, we offer flexible working hours with the possibility of working from home, and there is also the opportunity to write a master's/bachelor's thesis on an exciting practical topic

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Degree in economics, (business) chemistry, environmental science, engineering or a comparable course of study
- Ideally initial practical experience and theoretical knowledge in the field of sustainability and/or climate change
- At least the 2nd semester completed
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Independence, reliability and a confident manner
