**Your tasks**
- Support and further development of our knowledge sharing and lessons learned process
- Designing and analysis of process models (using the BIC Process Design platform), creation of process guides and templates
- Preparation and support of lessons learned and knowledge sharing workshops
- Support the coaching of project resources on knowledge management processes and tools

**Your powerful skills**
- You are successfully studying economics, organization, social sciences or a comparable course of study
- You have high analytical skills, especially for business processes
- You enjoy working with different work cultures
- You have a high level of customer orientation
- Your way of working is structured, independent and very conscientious
- Good IT skills and good communication skills complete your profile

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- First experience in process design and analysis
- Ideally a fundamental understanding of knowledge sharing approaches
