Die Logistikbranche bietet viele Herausforderungen und Chancen im Bereich Daten. In unserem Data-Science-Team arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Business-Stakeholdern zusammen, um Geschäftsprozesse mit Data Science und maschinellem Lernen zu automatisieren und zu verbessern. Du wirst Teil eines schnell wachsenden und innovativen Teams von Data Scientists und Data Engineers sein und die Chance haben, unsere Data-Science-Produkte zu gestalten und unsere strategische Entwicklung zu gestalten.
- ** Ihre Rolle **:Wir suchen einen sehr erfahrenen Senior Data Scientist, der in der Lage ist, End-to-End-Datenlösungen für große Logistik-Operationen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Du wirst komplexe Datensätze analysieren, prädiktive Modelle entwickeln und Tools und Anwendungen bauen, um das Geschäftswachstum und die Effizienz zu steigern. Außerdem wirst Du eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammenarbeiten, einschließlich Softwareentwicklern, Data Engineers und Business Analyst, um sicherzustellen, dass die Data-Science-Lösungen nahtlos in andere Systeme und Prozesse integriert werden.
- ** Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Design und Implementierung von Data-Science
- und KI-Lösungen für Single
- und Multi-Mode-Transporte, z.B. Vorhersage der geschätzten Ankunftszeit (ETA) und Echtzeit-Tracking
- Gestalte unsere Vorhersageanwendungen durch den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der Idee, Spezifikation über die architektonische
- Gestaltung, das Prototyping bis hin zur Integration in Produktionssysteme
- Identifiziere und verfeinere potenzielle Data-Science-Anwendungsfälle zusammen mit unseren Geschäftspartnern.
- Sei Teil der Gestaltung und Einrichtung einer modernen Analytics
- und Datenarchitektur für ein datengesteuertes Logistikunternehmen
- Stetige Verbesserung unserer Analyse-Landschaft durch die Evaluation neuer Tools und analytischer Ansätze

**Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Data Science, Informatik, Statistik, Wirtschaft, Mathematik, Physik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Senior Data Scientist Rolle
- Umfassende praktische Erfahrung mit Machine-Learning-Techniken in Unternehmensumgebungen. Kompetenz in Machine-Learning-Frameworks und Datenanalysetools
- Erfahrungen in der Seelogistik und Vorhersagen von Schiff-ETA sind von Vorteil
- Entwicklungsfähigkeiten und Kompetenz in mindestens einer der folgenden Programmiersprachen: Python, Scala oder ähnlich
- Fähigkeit, End-to-End-Datenlösungen zu konzipieren, Projekte zu organisieren und die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen
- Erfahrungen mit Big-Data-Anwendungen (z.B. Spark), REST-APIs, Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, GCP) und Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) sind von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft, Wissen mit Kollegen zu teilen und von anderen zu lernen
- Fließende Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
