**Deine Aufgaben**:
Wir suchen einen E-Learning Specialist - Video Content (M/F/x) für unser Ziel, Europas Accelerator für vertrauenswürdige KI im Rahmen von Open Access zu werden. In dieser Position unterstützt du das Team der AI Academy bei der Erstellung von videobasierten Online-Kursen und anderem Bildungsmaterial. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Auge für die Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Videos und hat eine Leidenschaft für Bildung.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- Unterstützung unserer Instructional Designer bei der Erstellung von videobasiertem Bildungsmaterial durch Aufnahme, Bearbeitung und Überprüfung von Videomaterial
- Beitrag zum kreativen Design und zur Verbesserung ansprechender Videos und Animationen
- Überprüfung und Testläufe von Kursen und Videos sowie Bereitstellung von Feedback zur Verbesserung
- Gelegentliche Übersetzung von Inhalten (Englisch/Deutsch, Deutsch/Englisch)
- Lernen des vollständigen Arbeitsablaufs zur Erstellung von E-Learning-Bildungsangeboten von erfahrenen Teammitgliedern

**Dein Profil**:

- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Mediendesign, gleichwertige Ausbildung oder mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
- Nachgewiesene starke Video-Bearbeitungsskills (zeig uns dein Portfolio/deinen YouTube-Kanal)
- Grundkenntnisse in Animation
- Bereitschaft, technische Werkzeuge zu erlernen (z. B. für KI-Stimmgenerierung, LMS-Verwaltung usw.)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)
- Idealerweise Interesse und erste Berührungspunkte in den Bereichen Bildung und/oder KI
