Das erwartet Sie
Dies Stelle umfasst ein vielseitiges Aufgabenfeld, das sich aus zwei zentralen Bereichen zusammensetzt:
DIGITALISIERUNG & INDUSTRIE 4.0
- Sie sind für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der globalen Trainingslandschaft im Bereich Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0 verantwortlich. Dies erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Corporate Industry 4.0 sowie den HR-KollegInnen weltweit.
- Sie erstellen in Zusammenarbeit mit FachexpertInnen aus dem Bereich Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0 vielfältige und zielgerichtete Learning-Angebote (z.B. Präsenz-Training, Blended Learning, Online-Training, E-Learning Module, Communities of Practice,).
- Sie analysieren die Feedbacks Ihrer Learning-Angebote und verschaffen sich regelmäßig Praxiseindrücke, um die Konzepte und Formate kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Sie verantworten den weiteren Ausbau des internen Trainerpools im Bereich Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0 in Zusammenarbeit mit externen TrainerInnen.
- Sie planen und montieren eigenständig das Budget aller Learning-Maßnahmen im Bereich Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Sie unterstützen Supportfunktionen aus dem Bereich Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0 bei der qualifizierten Konzeption, Koordination und Umsetzung von Veränderungsprozessen mit Fokus auf Kulturentwicklung und Zusammenarbeit in Projekten.
- Sie identifizieren Change-Bedarfe, leiten daraus notwendige Schritte ab und beraten bei der Entwicklung adäquater Aktivitäten.
- Sie unterstützen bei der kreativen Vorbereitung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Informationsveranstaltungen.
Das bringen Sie mit
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Organisationsentwicklung oder einer ähnlichen Studienrichtung.
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Management beziehungsweise der Steuerung komplexer, internationaler (HR-)Projekte im Konzernumfeld.
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte methodisch-didaktische Kompetenzen und eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development.
- Sie zeigen umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Anwendung gängiger Multimedia
- und Autorentools.
- Sie bringen eigene Ideen ein und verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrungen im Bereich Digitalisierung, Industrie 4.0 und Change-Management.
- Sie sind ein kommunikativer, lösungsorientierter Teamplayer mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on Mentalität
- Sie verfügen über interkulturelle Kompetenz in der Zusammenarbeit und sind bereit internationale Reisetätigkeiten (ca. 20%) anzutreten.
- Sie haben fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
