- Must be able to work and troubleshoot independently and operate within a team.
- Expert in Linux administration and troubleshooting (RHEL 6/7).
- Designing, deploying, and managing virtualization platforms using VMware technology.
- Perform Active Directory (AD) administration.
- Independently configuring, managing, and supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Supporting Army and joint level exercises.
- Provide on-site diagnostic and corrective actions.
- Assistance in obtaining and maintaining all related information security documentation to meet continuous monitoring and compliance criteria Authority to Connect (ATC).
- Perform analysis of system operations utilizing various operating systems and database management systems.
- Conduct fault detection, isolation, and correction of computer systems and individual peripheral devices.
- Proficiency with automation, configuration management
- Familiarity with scripting, pipeline process (CI/CD), cloud experience preferred.
- Troubleshooting and rapidly resolving problems with little to no oversight.
- Creating exceptional technical documentation and drawings.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with leadership.
Routine duties shall include system maintenance and administrative functions including system configuration and modification; adding, removing, and replacing hardware and software items; system startup, shut down, backup and restore; database administration and maintenance; and system user access control.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- An Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Computing Environment certification or any Microsoft certification.
- Be eligible for German TESA.
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- DCGS-A or Palantir experience.
