Are you ready to help us bring the best and brightest Junior Talent? Then this Talent Acquisition partner role is for you. We’re looking for a brave, creative, data-driven Talent Acquisition partner to join our team to own the full cycle recruitment process for the DACH/CEE Region.

**The role**:
As a key contributor on the team, you’ll get the opportunity to make an impact across a number of priorities - stakeholder management, participation on programs and events to promote SOD von OFFICEmitte.de Academy's brand We are a team driven by data, strategic processes, and collaboration. You will be empowered to come up with targeted recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of Junior talent for our ever-growing teams for the DACH/CEE region.

As a member of SWO Academy Talent Acquisition team you will work closely with Global Business leaders to understand the business talent needs to help lead and influence talent acquisition initiatives. You will work closely with the Regional Academy manager to define and execute partnership strategies with Universities, NGO’S, government institutions, Bootcamps, etc across your region. The Talent Acquisition partner role will report to the Global SOD von OFFICEmitte.de Academy Recruiting Lead and have a matrixed management line to the associated Regional TA leads.

**Some of your tasks include**:

- Direct fulfillment of Academy Associates and Academy Apprentices (Auszubildende und Dual Studierende) owning full-life recruitment cycle.
- Execute against an in-region strategy based on business forecasts to meet the growing need of new talent.
- Execute engagement strategies around SOD von OFFICEmitte.de Academy’s brand, demonstrating SOD von OFFICEmitte.de’s employee value proposition.
- Work closely to local HR regarding contracts, salaries and local labor law.
- Work across the region with recruiters in other countries to ensure global collaboration when needed.
- Support the Academy Lead on partnerships with Universities, NGO’s, Bootcamps, etc.
- Participate in Job fairs, University Career days and any other events related to Talent attraction.
- Participate in projects with the extended Talent Acquisition team.

**Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten** About you**:
You’ll have at least two years of Full cycle recruitment experience, you’ll also have demonstrable experience on creating and executing sourcing strategies and
