**Trading Strategist Power (f/d/m)**:
**The position is based in **Bremen** with the **option of mobile working**.**:
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Short and medium term quantitative and qualitative analysis of German / European electricity markets based on fundamental data, technical analysis and statistical methods
- Creation, implementation and improvement of market reports, tools and dashboards in order to provide active decision support for trading activities
- Active exchange with traders, preparation of short and medium-term trading strategies and recommendations, follow-up through ex-post performance analysis
- Analysis support of potential new business ideas and cases (cross-border, algorithmic trading, etc) and leading the implementation upon presenting and getting approval from the management

**Your profile**:

- A degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering or economics (diploma or master's degree) or a comparable qualification
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills as well as a deep understanding of statistical models and methods
- Extensive programming experience (ideally in Python) and specific knowledge of Big Data technologies
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the energy or financial sector with a focus on energy trading / energy markets
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Initiative, curiosity to grasp connections and the ability to act entrepreneurially
