- At Impossible Cloud, our mission is to make cloud solutions of the 'new' internet (web 3.0) accessible to businesses, with all its benefits. As a decentralized cloud provider, we are committed to establishing a technically forward-looking product as a counterpart to the traditional centralized solutions of large corporations. From our location in Hamburg, we develop the product with an international and passionate team. **Impossible Cloud High Potential (HiPo) Marketing Program**
- We created the High Potential Program to harness the capabilities of ambitious graduates and professionals ready to tackle tomorrow's challenges. This intensive six-month program is designed to unlock your full potential through real-world projects, supported by comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development.

**What will you do**:

- ** Solve problems** Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company's growth.
- ** Onboarding & Training (Months 1-2)**: Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned marketing leaders. Learn global sales strategies, key marketing processes, and build your essential business development toolkit.
- ** Project Immersion (Months 3-4)**: Dive into real-world projects and gain practical experience working with actual clients while working alongside regional sales leaders on high-impact deals. Build, implement, and review your marketing strategies.
- ** Leadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5-6)**: Lead impactful projects demonstrating your growth on your journey to become a global ambassador of the company.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver.
- Excellent German and English communication style, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset - you want to understand why things work a certain way and are fearless in putting in the extra effort.
- Strong desire to evolve your career in a tech environment at the center of cloud and deep tech.
- Digital native - even without programming experience, you are a techie at heart and love to learn new technologies.
- Prior relevant work experience, i.e., in consulting, tech startups, or other fast-paced, innovative environments.
- At least finalizing your BSc degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related studies.
