**Your task**:
Als **Chapter Lead Consulting Infrastructure Security (m/w/d)** haben Sie die **personelle und fachliche Führungsverantwortung** für Mitarbeiter des Chapters Consulting Infrastructure Security. Sie sind verantwortlich für den **fachlichen/skillbezogenen und personellen Ausbau des Chapters** mit entsprechend umfangreicher Richtlinienkompetenz, orientiert an aktuellen Marktanforderungen. Im Dialog mit anderen Chapter
- und Squad-Leads beinhaltet das u. a.:

- **Umsetzung **eines marktorientierten **Beratungsportfolios**:

- **Auf
- und Umbau** benötigter **Skills**, Fach
- und Methodenkompetenzen, inklusive Schulungs
- und **Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für das Team**:

- **Ressourcenmanagement** inkl. **Gewinnung / Auswahl neuer Mitarbeiter**:

- **Organisation des Teams** unter Einsatz von **Führungsinstrumenten **(Feedbackkultur, Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortung, Förderung von Talenten, lebenslanges Lernen, administrativ Personalprozesse)
- **Gewinnung **von **Kunden und Beratungsprojekten**, unter anderem durch **Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Pre-Sales** und durch eigene Vertriebsaktivitäten bei Neukunden oder im beruflichen Netzwerk
- **Innovative Lösungen** im verantwortlichen Portfoliobereich voranbringen
- **Aufbau von Consulting-orientierten Vermarktungspaketen** wie Workshops und Assessments
- **Unterstützung **des Leiters Professional Services / Consulting und der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Themen und Projekten
- **Organisation des Teams** unter Einsatz von **Führungsinstrumenten **(Feedbackkultur, Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortung, Förderung von Talenten, lebenslanges Lernen, administrativ Personalprozesse)

**Your Profile**:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes **Studium **der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar und besitzen **+10 Jahre Berufserfahrung **in der **Security-Beratung** (oder alternativ einer **C-Level **Position im Bereich IT-Management / IT-Security). Sie besitzen tiefes Wissen im Telekommunikations
- / ICT-Markt und fachliches Know-how von **IT-Prozessen und deren Operationalisierung**. Zusätzlich überzeugen Sie uns mit folgenden Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen:

- Erfahrung in der Führung und **Steuerung von Projekt
- und/oder Consultant-Teams** inkl. Ressourcenmanagement, ideal auch **+5 Jahre Personalführung **(fachlich und / oder disziplinarisch).
- Erfahrung in** Führung und Aufbau von verteilten Teams**, gern auch **international**, **alternativ +5 Jahre **praktische **Erfahrung auf Kundenseite** in einer **CISO-Rolle** **oder vergleichbaren** Position im technologischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im **Projekt
- und Eskalationsmanagement** sowie in strategischer **Entwicklung / Ausbau eines Consulting Portfolios**:

- **Fach
- und Marktkenntnisse** im Bereich **Kommunikations
- und Netz-Infrastruktur** in Verbindung mit **Security** (Strategien, Design und/oder Einführung)
- **Know-how** zu kundenspezifischen **Sicherheitsfragen, Herausforderungen und Anforderungen**:

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu **Gesetzesanforderungen **(Security / Datenschutz) und Angebotsprozessen
- Gutes **Netzwerk **zu **Herstellern und Wettbewerbern** und aktive Mitarbeit in **Fach
- und Kunden-Communities**:

- Erfahrungen mit **Budget
- und Kostenmanagement**:

- **Präsentations-, Kommunikations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten** insb. Erfahrung im **'Storytelling'** vor Kunde
