**Join us on our journey**:to build Europe’s largest residential virtual power plant, we are looking for a forward-thinking and driven working student in Finance. You will support our invoicing and billing processes at Flexa, drive process optimization, and support with business planning/budgeting.
Short Facts
- Location: Munich, Germany
- Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hrs/ week)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Assistance: Assist with invoice processing and basic expense tracking. Provide general administrative support to the finance team, such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.
- Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Help consolidate financial statements, presentations and perform basic data analysis to support reporting requirements.
- Financial Support: Assist in organizing and maintaining financial documents and records. Support the team with preparation of financial documents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support the smooth functioning of the finance department.

**Your Profile**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a distinct entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in** German and English**

- Competency in Excel
- Previous experience in Finance departments

I'm Fabian, the Head of Operations at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.

Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
