**Informationen zur organisatorischen Einbindung der Position**:
Als Head of Supply Chain (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die gesamte Lieferkette von der Beschaffung bis zur Auslieferung mit einem Verantwortungsbereich von über 300 Mitarbeitern.

**Aufgaben und konkrete Ziele der Position**:

- Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung einer umfassenden Supply-Chain-Management-Strategie, die auf die Geschäftsziele abgestimmt ist
- kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Lieferkettenprozesse zur Steigerung der Agilität, Flexibilität und Reaktionsfähigkeit
- Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken in der Lieferkette und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominderung
- Integration von Nachhaltigkeitsprinzipien in alle Aspekte der Lieferkette von der Beschaffung bis zur Auslieferung
- Förderung der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung in der gesamten Lieferkette zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Transparenz
- Einsatz moderner SCM-Tools und -Systeme zur besseren Analytik, Prognosefähigkeit und Entscheidungsfindung
