Scoober expandiert derzeit in ganz Europa, hat eine große internationale Präsenz und nimmt viele Herausforderungen an, die vom Produkt bis zur Personalabteilung reichen.
Aber das Geheimnis unseres Wachstums ist nicht das Essen, sondern die Menschen. Unsere internationale Fahrer:innen-Community - mit insgesamt 10.000 Fahrer:innen in über 60 Städten in Deutschland und Österreich - gibt uns die Zutaten für den Erfolg. Und hier kommst Du ins Spiel

**Dein Job**

Als Senior Communications & Community Specialist (m/w/d) bist du zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in in unserem Communications Team für unsere Courier Community. Außerdem gehören folgende Tätigkeiten zu deinem Aufgabenbereich:

- Du arbeitest als Teil des Führungsteams in Österreich und Deutschland mit hochrangigen Führungskräften und wichtigen Interessengruppen zusammen, um das Business zu verstehen und eine konsistente, qualitativ hochwertige Kommunikation für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen voranzutreiben.
- Du arbeitest mit einer Vielzahl lokaler und globaler Teams zusammen, um interne Kommunikations
- und Community-Strategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die an den Werten, der Identität, der Gruppenstrategie und den Kommunikationsprinzipien von Lieferando ausgerichtet sind.
- Du wendest Deine Leidenschaft für das Storytelling und Dein Fachwissen mit kreativem und dennoch unternehmensorientierten, hochwertigem Schreiben und Bearbeiten an, um die Geschichten zu erstellen, die unsere Mitarbeitererlebnise gestalten.
- Proaktiv Risiken vorhersehen und steuern, sowie ein professionelles Urteilsvermögen anwenden, um Kommunikationspläne und Krisenreaktionsstrategien zu erstellen.
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung besserer Kommunikations
- und Engagementkanäle, um mit unseren Fahrer:innen in Kontakt zu bleiben. Das bedeutet, unsere Fahrer:innen-Chat-Plattform auf die nächste Stufe zu heben und die Nutzung von Programmen wie Marketing Cloud zu verbessern - um sicherzustellen, dass der Kontakt mit unserem Scoober-Team immer reibungslos verläuft.
- Zusätzlich führst Du ein Teammitglied fachlich und disziplinarisch

**Dein Profil**
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der (internen) Kommunikation, idealerweise für ein internationales, schnell wachsendes Arbeitsumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation verschiedener Themen wie Unternehmenskultur, Performance Management, Unternehmenswandel, Managementinitiativen, Mitarbeiterengagement und Labour Relations
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Kommunikationskampagnen
- Du bist offen für direktes Feedback und bringst Bereitschaft mit, die Ideen anderer einzubeziehen. Courier-fokussierte Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, ein internes Netzwerk von Stakeholdern und Zielgruppen zu entwickeln und zu verwalten
- Sehr gute Rechtschreibung und Grammatikkenntnisse, sowie die Fähigkeit, Sprache als Werkzeug zu verwenden, um nuancierte Themen klar und prägnant auszudrücken
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
