Für den Bereich Medical suchen wir Sie als **Therapeutic Area Lead (m/w/d) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD)**
**Einfluss nehmen**:
- Inhaltliche und strategische sowie Personal
- und Budgetverantwortung für alle medizinischen Aktivitäten im Bereich COPD
- Line Management, Zieldefinition, Motivation und Entwicklung der wissenschaftlichen /medizinischen Mitarbeitenden sowie der MSLM im Indikationsgebiet
- Selbstständige Planung, Erarbeitung und Umsetzung einer integrierten und koordinierten medizinischen Strategie sowie innovativer medizinischer Aktivitätenpläne (Publikationen, Advisory Board, Medical Education etc.) mit den Mitgliedern des medizinischen Subteams und in Abstimmung mit dem x
- funktionalen Teams im Indikationsgebiet
- Verantwortung für die medizinischen Inhalte von Market Access Aktivitäten, Dossiers und Stellungnahmen sowie aller Materialien mit potentieller Außenwirkung im Indikationsgebiet
- Sicherstellung der Kommunikation medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Informationen im Rahmen von externen Anfragen, MSLM-Interaktionen und non promotional medical Education; Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Medical Information Inhalt
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung aller Corporate Governance und Compliance Vorschriften für alle medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Aktivitäten im Indikationsgebiet inklusive wissenschaftlich-medizinischer Freigaben
- Strategische Abstimmung der globalen Studienplanung mit der Abteilung Site Management & Monitoring sowie Erstellung von Studienkonzepten für lokale Studien und NIS
- Verantwortung für die medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Bewertung neuer Therapieansätze und der Pipeline sowie Einordnung in aktuelle Therapieschemata
- Sicherstellung des lokalen Inputs in europäische, globale Therapy Area und R&D Teams, insbesondere durch Mitgliedschaft in Global Medical Teams (GMTs)
- Auf
- und Ausbau von belastbaren Kontakten zu externen Experten, Forschungsinstituten und Verbänden im Rahmen medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Fragestellungen und Projekten
- Repräsentanz des Indikationsgebiets COPD sowie Mitglied im Medical Leitungsteam
**Stärken beweisen**:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Medizin oder der Naturwissenschaften mit abgeschlossener Promotion
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in Klinik oder Wissenschaft
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, vorzugsweise in den Fachbereichen Kardiovaskular und/oder Diabetes
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Produkt-Lifecycle-Management und erfolgreiches Launch Management
- Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung, idealerweise Erfahrung in der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Teams
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denkvermögen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
