Area Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores Germany GmbH. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our store managers in the Bremen area, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the retail management team to implement company strategies and initiatives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores in the Bremen area, ensuring high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement action plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to store managers
- Manage and develop the skills of store managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and data protection
- Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure that our stores are stocked with the right products to meet customer demand
- Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of store managers and sales staff
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store managers and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of using data analysis tools and software
