Die PDM-Teamleiterin oder der PDM-Leiter wird das PDM-Europa-Team verwalten und leiten. PDM (Projektplanung & -management) ist dafür verantwortlich, die Projektleitung bei der Verwaltung und Koordination aufregender multidisziplinärer und komplexer Projekte in ganz Europa und darüber hinaus zu unterstützen.

**Der/die Teamleiter**: in wird seine/ihre Zeit zwischen der Leitung des Teams und der Arbeit an Projekten aufteilen. Ein Großteil unserer Projektarbeit wird zwischen verschiedenen Büros geteilt, daher ist die Rolle des/der PDM-Teamleiter: in entscheidend, um sowohl unsere Projekt
- als auch PDM-Teams zu koordinieren und zu unterstützen, um jedes Projekt zum Erfolg zu führen.

Aufgaben

**1\. Teamführung**:

- Verwalten und Überwachen der Leistung des PDM-Teams, das derzeit aus 8 Personen besteht
- Festlegen der Richtung und Strategie für das europäische PDM-Team
- Verwaltung von Rekrutierung und Einsatz des Teams
- Koordination mit PDM-Teams international, um bewährte Verfahren auszutauschen
- Als Schnittstelle mit dem Vertriebsteam fungieren, um sicherzustellen, dass Verträge auf Projekten klar verstanden und umgesetzt werden
- Sicherstellen, dass alle relevanten Qualitätsmanagementverfahren eingehalten werden

**2\. Projektführung**:

- Als wichtige Schnittstelle mit Partnerinnen und Partnern agieren, insbesondere mit Architekt: innen und anderen Designer: innen, um gemeinsam Projekterfolge zu erzielen
- An Projektbesprechungen als einziger Vertreter von Buro Happold teilnehmen, wenn angebracht, und Feedback an discipline leader geben
- Projektausführungspläne vorbereiten und aufrechterhalten, um sicherzustellen, dass das Engineering-Team vollständig informiert ist und Zugang zu den richtigen und aktuellen Informationen hat
- Den Prozess zur Änderungskontrolle des Projekts gemäß dem Vertrag initiieren und verwalten
- Arbeitsaufteilungsressourcen zwischen Teams koordinieren, indem Sie mit dem lokalen Ressourcenmanager, dem Gruppendirektor und/oder den Teamleiter: innen kommunizieren

**3\. Finanzen des Projekt & des Teams**:

- Verantwortung für das Management der finanziellen Leistung des europäischen PDM-Teams übernehmen
- Vorbereiten und Aufrechterhalten von Schätzungen zur Vervollständigung von Projekten (und/oder sicherstellen, dass die Jobführer dies beibehalten), Überwachung der Gebühr gegenüber geplanten Ausgaben und Ergreifen geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Behebung aufkommender Probleme mit Überausgaben, bevor sie kritisch werden

Qualifikation
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Bauwesen, bevorzugt im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Architektur
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit an großen, komplexen Projekten im deutschsprachigen Raum unter Verwendung von HOAI-Verträgen
- Mitglied der Vereinigung der Projektmanager (MAPM) oder gleichwertige professionelle Zulassung
- Nachweis von Führungsqualitäten durch Einbeziehung anderer in die Designentwicklung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung
- Sehr kompetent im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken / Datenaustauschplattformen
- Sprachkenntnisse: Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten müssen fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen
