Die Position
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Designer (m/w/d), der einem innovativen Tech-Startup beitreten möchte, das die Kraft modernster KI-Technologie nutzt, um regulatorische Arbeitsabläufe in der Life-Sciences-Branche zu transformieren.
In Ihrer täglichen Arbeit werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Skalierung ihrer Plattform und Produkte spielen, indem Sie intuitive und benutzerfreundliche Oberflächen schaffen, die den Bedürfnissen ihrer Kunden gerecht werden.
**Sei verantwortlich für**:

- Konzipieren, prototypisieren und iterieren Sie Designlösungen, die mit der Vision des Unternehmens, den Kundenbedürfnissen und den technischen Möglichkeiten übereinstimmen
- Verfeinern Sie Designs basierend auf Nutzerfeedback, Analysen, Tests und aufkommenden Trends
- Treten Sie in direkten Kontakt mit Endnutzern, um Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und Feedback zu sammeln
- Etablieren Sie Metriken zur Messung der Effektivität und arbeiten Sie an Designexperimenten mit
- Unterstützen Sie die frühe Produktspezifikation basierend auf Forschungsdaten und Best Practices
- Sorgen Sie für eine konsistente und zusammenhängende visuelle Sprache über alle Produktoberflächen hinweg sowie für interne und externe Materialien (einschließlich der Website und Materialien für Vertrieb, Marketing und Geschäftsentwicklung)

Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im End-to-End-Produktdesign für B2B-SaaS-Plattformen und -Tools (Erfahrung mit KI-Produkten ist von Vorteil)
- Fundiertes Verständnis von UX/UI-Prinzipien mit nachweislicher Fähigkeit, intuitive und ästhetisch ansprechende Benutzeroberflächen zu erstellen
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Nutzerforschung, Usability-Tests und der Synthese von Erkenntnissen zur Unterstützung von Designentscheidungen
- Komfortabel in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Startup-Umfeld zu arbeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, sich schnell an sich ändernde Prioritäten und Anforderungen anzupassen
- Zeigt großes Interesse an Produkten und ist begeistert davon, Kundenprobleme auf pragmatische Weise zu lösen
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Life Sciences, Medizin oder anderen stark regulierten Branchen ist von großem Vorteil
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (Deutschkenntnisse sind ein großer Vorteil)
