Wir suchen dich ab sofort und für bis zu 16 Std./Woche als Working Student Operations Projectmanagement (m/w/d) im Bereich Infrastructure und Stop Network für die MOIA Operations Germany GmbH mit zentraler Lage in unserem Headquarter direkt an der Binnenalster im Herzen von Hamburg.

Die MOIA Operations Germany GmbH ist ein Mobilitätsunternehmen der Volkswagen AG. Unser Algorithmus stellt sicher, dass sich Kund*innen mit ähnlichem Weg ihre Fahrt in unseren vollelektronischen & geräumigen MOIAs miteinander teilen. Auf diese Weise wird die Fahrt für alle günstiger und bedeutet somit weniger Verkehr als auch Lärm für alle.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt unser Team Infrastructure und Stop Network bei unterschiedlichen Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung des bestehenden Haltepunktenetzwerkes von ca. 10.000 Haltepunkten
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung bei der Bearbeitung von eingehenden Tickets zu Themen wie Baustellenpflege, Eventsperrungen und der Überprüfung der Barrierefreiheit
- Du unterstützt mit einem problemlösungsorientierten Ansatz bei verschiedenen Projekten und setzt diese eigenständig um
- Du analysierst im laufenden Betrieb bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Potentiale und entwickelst Ideen zur Optimierung bestehender und neuer Prozesse
- Du arbeitest mit unserem Team an der Aufnahme potenzieller Stops und deren Aufbereitung für die Behörde
- Du unterstützt bei unserer Datenbankpflege und der Aufbereitung von Daten in Präsentationen oder Reportings

Dein Profil
- Du hast Freude daran an der Verkehrswende aktiv mitzuwirken sowie Neues zu lernen und das Arbeiten im Team bringt dir Spaß
- Du hast Interesse an dem Bereich E-Mobilität
- Dich zeichnet eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und du hast Spaß an administrativen Arbeiten
- Du bringst eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit und scheust dich nicht davor, bei Unklarheiten nachzufragen
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in und bist noch mindestens 12 Monate immatrikuliert
