Wir suchen dich ab dem 01.10.2024 für 16 Std./Woche als Working Student Operations Projectmanagement (m/w/d) im Bereich Infrastructure und Stop Network für die MOIA Operations Germany GmbH mit zentraler Lage in unserem Headquarter direkt an der Binnenalster im Herzen von Hamburg.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du unterstützt unser Team Infrastructure und Stop Network bei unterschiedlichen Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung des bestehenden Haltepunktenetzwerkes von ca. 10.000 Haltepunkten
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung bei der Bearbeitung von eingehenden Tickets zu Themen wie Baustellenpflege, Eventsperrungen und der Überprüfung der Barrierefreiheit
- Du unterstützt mit einem problemlösungsorientierten Ansatz bei verschiedenen Projekten und setzt diese eigenständig um
- Du analysierst im laufenden Betrieb bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Potentiale und entwickelst Ideen zur Optimierung bestehender und neuer Prozesse
- Du arbeitest mit unserem Team an der Aufnahme potenzieller Stops und deren Aufbereitung für die Behörde
- Du unterstützt bei unserer Datenbankpflege und der Aufbereitung von Daten in Präsentationen oder Reportings

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast Freude daran an der Verkehrswende aktiv mitzuwirken sowie Neues zu lernen und das Arbeiten im Team bringt dir Spaß
- Du hast Interesse an dem Bereich E-Mobilität
- Dich zeichnet eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und du hast Spaß an administrativen Arbeiten
- Du bringst eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit und scheust dich nicht davor, bei Unklarheiten nachzufragen
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in und bist noch mindestens 12 Monate immatrikuliert
