**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Umsetzung einer professionellen Performance Marketing-Strategie für unsere Kernmärkte (D, AT, CH, FR, IT, USA, CAN)
- Du betreust unsere saisonalen Online-Kampagnenplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem E-Commerce
- und dem Online-Channel Team folgender Kanäle Social Media, Newslettering, Suchmaschinenwerbung und Display & Affiliate-Werbung
- Für die Planung, Monitoring und Analyse unserer Online Marketing-Kampagnen (SEA/SEO, Newsletter, Social/Paid Social, Affiliate) und der Media
- und Budgetplanung bist du ebenfalls zuständig
- Performance-Reports mit Web-Analytics-Tools und Attributionsmodellen (Omnichannel-Trackingstrecke) zählen u.a. zu deinen Aufgaben
- Mit Hilfe der passenden KPIs und der Identifikation aktueller Trends leitest du laufend Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Kampagnen
- und Kanalperformance ab
- Als direkte Schnittstelle arbeitest Du eng mit dem Communication
- und Salesteam zusammen und steuerst die unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Medien/Digitales Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Digital Marketing, D2C-Performance-Kampagnenmanagement und der Planung von Ommichannel-Mediabudgets
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Als Digital Native kennst du das digitale Advertising-Ökosystem mit den relevanten Reportingstools (Google Analytics 4, matomo) und AdServern (Google AdManager, Meta Business Manager)
- Du bist vertraut in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Agenturen
- Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten zeichnet Dich aus, gleichzeitig bist du ein Organisations
- und Kommunikationstalent und absoluter Zahlenmensch
- Als Team Player mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität begeisterst und überzeugst du fachlich und persönlich das Team und Stakeholder
- Dein Herz schlägt für den Outdoorsport und das Thema Nachhaltigkeit
