Become a part of our international Operations team in Hamburg, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Director Onshore Wind - Global Wind Renewable Energy (M/F/d).

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Creating, coordinating and reporting all existing and new client account sales and business development activities relating to Global Wind Industry clients. This is a global role where you will fully manage and be responsible for all activities relating to the development of target Global Wind Industry clients, working with regional stakeholders and delivering sales and account success
- Designing the global commercial strategy of the company for the wind market opportunities and take ownership of it.
- Onboarding new business in the field of the wind related projects, both with existing clients as well as widening the global client’s portfolio of the company
- Coordinating the market intelligence about this sector, sharing the sales leads and taking the initiative to approach them in close coordination with involved branches and required corporate functions
- Identifying the most proper transport solutions as well as required services to meet Client needs
- Assisting the involved branches on the tendering activity by taking lead on coordinating the proposals preparation to the outmost level of quality and accuracy
- Cooperating with the branches in project execution, taking the lead as project sponsor when required to ensure proper and smooth performance
- Effectively caring the account management, by enhancing the relationships with onboarded Clients both at bidding and execution stages
- Maintaining a wide network of related partners well engaged to the company
- Controlling the economic result of this vertical globally looking for profit optimization
- Identifying the needs of investment to succeed in this market and implement it when approved
- Periodically reviewing with involved internal stakeholders, the course of action and required eventual correction

**What you can contribute**:

- At least ten years’ experience in project cargo freight forwarding including break bulk and heavy lift operations.
- Proven sales leader and influencer who can design and implement strategies based on solution focused selling with market understanding
- Having advanced knowledge on the freight forwarding and international logistics dynamics
- In-depth knowledge and understanding in Global Wind Industry utilizing and fortifying own network in leveraging existing deugro network
- Network of contacts spanning multiple levels of the Global Wind Industry, engaging decision makers from board level to sales to procurement managers incl. track record of success within the industry
- Having the ability to work soundly under pressure
- Proven orientation and commitment to Excellence on service to Customer
- Full professional proficiency in English - both spoken and written
