**Intranet Professional**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
As an Intranet Professional, you are more than just the key to the efficient running and continuous optimization of a tool; you empower knowledge transfer and communication across the Schindler Group. You will enable colleagues around the world to connect, support our culture, and give our leadership a direct and two-way communication channel with employees.
Main tasks include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our intranet: provide advice and operational support to Intranet owners, develop training programs, and ensure governance compliance.
- Define KPIs and targets: monitor intranet and Yammer usage through our analytics tools and identify areas for improvements.
- Dynamically seek feedback: you’ll take the pulse of intranet owners, editors, and users, and work closely with key stakeholders (especially our leadership, HR, IT) to make sure the intranet delivers for our employees.
- Stay on top of emerging intranet trends: act as the center of excellence intranet expertise at Schindler.

Further requirements may include:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Engineering, Science or Business Administration
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Broad experience in intranet management
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint (modern experience) as well as Yammer
- Comprehensive analytics and reporting skills
- Working proficiency in English, German and other languages are a plus
