**In this role, you will?**
- You are responsible for the holistic and independent conception, implementation, management and optimization of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads etc.) and/or paid social media campaigns (u.a. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit etc.)
- Communication & cooperation is everything: You lead a team of 2-4 employees, are in constant exchange with colleagues, clients, planning teams and the platforms.
- You will take care and coordinate the strategic and operational support of our renowned clients & bear full responsibility for attractive media budgets.
- Independent and autonomous development of optimization proposals as well as interpretation of web analysis and performance data? That's right: also your topic.
- You have a firm grip on the creation and preparation of customer-specific reports, analyses, presentations and deadlines and share your expert knowledge in the team.
- You are responsible for quality assurance and can actively shape processes in your department.
- You constantly keep up with the latest trends, familiarize yourself with new topics and pass them on as required.

**What you need to get started?**
- We don't measure experience in years or degrees, but in passion & results
- You have a high sense of responsibility, the ability to work under pressure, a service orientation, a team player mentality and a professional approach to customers and partners (by phone and in person).
- You are confident with current campaign and bid management technologies.
- You have a strong understanding of business administration, outstanding analytical skills and you know MS Office by heart, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- English spoken and written: no problem for you Further language skills are beneficial.
