**Responsibilities**:
Scope Group is looking for a **Team Head Jira Engineer** to join our agile, international and diverse cross functional working team at our prominently located offices in a brand-new co-working space in **Berlin **or **Frankfurt**. **Responsibilities**:

- Leadership role in managing and overseeing the team's activities to align with company objectives effectively
- Establish clear goals for the team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure successful goal attainment
- Act as an interface between different divisions, groups, or departments, fostering seamless collaboration
- Maintain and enhance existing Jira projects, workflows, automations, permissions, notifications, dashboards, filters, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT professionals to integrate Jira projects with diverse data sources and reporting tools/ mechanisms, leveraging various technologies
- Effectively manage and track project milestones, regularly communicating progress reports to stakeholders
- Create comprehensive business analysis documents by gathering business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for diverse business and technical stakeholders on various aspects of Jira projects and integrations

Professional & Personal Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in effectively creating and managing Jira projects
- Proficiency in administration and management of Atlassian Data Center editions and associated Linux System Administration is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Development or equivalent coding skills
- Practical familiarity with Agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy is required
- Additional experience with Relation Databases and SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with O365 Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, and Power BI
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
- Excellent proficiency in documentation practices
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge in emerging technologies and tools
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, motivate team members, and effectively manage stress in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to take responsibility with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality

Desirable Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Industry certifications and memberships are a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Fluent in German or other EU language is a plus
