**Wir suchen dich in Berlin, mobiles Arbeiten (hybrid - auch im Home Office) nach Absprache möglich.**
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unseren internen Abteilungen, wie z.B. Projektmanagement, Technik, Operations und bist dabei für die vielfältige Kommunikation zuständig.
- Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden stehst du bei Fragen zur Verfügung, koordinierst Termine zwischen den Montageteams sowie Handwerkspartnern und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos läuft und die involvierten Parteien jederzeit umfassend informiert sind.
- Verschiedene administrative Aufgaben, wie die Antragsstellung von Förderanträgen, Anmeldeprozesse bei Stromnetzbetreibern etc. sind bei dir in sicheren Händen.
- Last but not least: wir sind als Start-Up noch im Aufbau und freuen uns daher über strukturiert, aber auch kreativ denkende Persönlichkeiten, die Lust haben, sich einzubringen und unsere Kundenprozesse zu etablieren.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Kundenmanagement, vielleicht sogar aus der Photovoltaik Branche
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen und ggf. auch schon Erfahrung mit einem Kundenmanagementsystem
- Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse
- Freude am Umgang mit Kunden, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Organisationsgeschick
- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und die Fähigkeit, sich selbst zu organisieren
- Positive Einstellung und begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit, die sich nicht so leicht aus der Ruhe bringen lässt
