**Learning & Development Specialist (M/F/x)**:
**Purpose of the function**:
The job holder will support the delivery of European learning activities and ensure that L&D processes run smoothly. This includes providing the administration, tracking, logístical organization and controlling, of people development activities. The incumbent works in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, internal stakeholders and external providers and to ensure the timely and effective delivery.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- People development activities:

- Professional coordination and support in the preparation and implementation of dates, events and formats in the Learning & Development environment
- Implement and monitor the learning plans
- Provide the administration, tracking and logístical organization of training and development programs:

- Work as a liaison or coordinator between other internal partners and external partners in order to arrange the logístical details for delivery of high-quality programs
- Ensure that invoices from vendors are accurate and processed in a timely manner; raise any questionable issues to the manager or colleagues from procurement or accounting
- Gather feedback (via surveys and other methods) of facilitators and programs delivered to track their effectiveness, and suggest improvements
- Prepare reports, statistics, analyses and presentations in German and English independently
- Work in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, internal stakeholders, colleagues and external partners to ensure the timely and effective delivery of programs:

- Build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders including HR, colleagues of the business, senior managers and vendors by demonstrating customer-centric behaviors
- Use strong customer services and organizational skills to facilitate the seamless organization and execution of programs among various internal and external partners
- Make every effort to be close to our comercial colleagues and understand the operations of the various departments, Affiliates and businesses units of DS Europe
- Competent administrative support for the team Learning & Development in the organisation of management tasks:

- Scheduling appointments and organising meetings
- Maintaining an efficient and well-organised filing system for easy storage and retrieval
- Taking and distributing minutes

**Qualification and Experiences**:

- 2 years experience in people development / talent / organisation development
- Familiarity with Training system landscapes / Learning Management Platforms
- Strong agile and classical project management skills
- Stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Strong intercultural collaboration competencies
- Average presentation and facilitation skills with different audiences
- High level of initiative, solution-oriented, team-oriented
- Ability to manage time proficiently while meeting deadlines with speed and efficiency
- Fluency in English and at least one other big affiliate language of DSE, preferably German
- Proven learning agility, openness for new approaches
- Travel within Europe may be required
