Founders Associate

**Your mission**:
As Founders Associate (M/F/d) you will be mainly responsible to support our founders in operational, strategic and organizational daily business. You will work especially very closely with the CEO Robin.
- You will support the founders by developing and building the startup
- You will be responsible to collaborate with them with your hands-on mentality in every area of the company
- You will initiate and take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively in collaboration with our founders.
- You will support the daily operational business, e.g. by scheduling and creating meetings, appointments and making travel arrangements etc.
- You conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads
**Your profile**:
- You have studied in the field of banking and/or finance or similar studies
- A hands-on mentality is essential in this role as you will be working on complex & challenging, as well as more operational tasks together with your team
- You are able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize, focus on what is really important, and think about "what’s next” on your own
- An interest in lifestyle, design, digitalization, trends and entrepreneurship would make you the perfect fit
- You are an experienced Excel user and speak both German and English on a fluent level

Business model
NAO offers a solution based on three fundamental principles that enable everybody to invest like a professional investor:
- First we are scouting the market for exclusive wealth-building opportunities with our network and experience
- Second we are curating and structuring investments for long term wealth building
- Finally we use a co-investing approach leveraging our platform to make these investments possible for everyone
Using this approach NAO enables everybody to invest with min €1.000 in asset classes like PE, VC and Art funds as well as real estate, collectibles and investment banking products, issued exclusively for NAO.
