Unser Kunde aus der Modebranche sucht einen Netzwerk-Boss und Kreativkopf, der Bock hat internationale Influencer Kampagnen in Frankreich, Italien, etc. zu starten und zu skalieren

Sei Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams aus knapp 60 Top-Performern in Berlin. Du hilfst beim Scaling durch den Aufbau der der Influencer Marketing Abteilung und lieferst schnelle Ergebnisse. Du liebst kurze Kommunikationswege ohne lange Freigabeschlaufen?

Tasks
- Strategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Influencer-Marketingstrategie zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und des Umsatzes
- Influencer: Identifizierung und Koordination mit relevanten Influencern und Content-Erstellern aus der Modebranche, die unsere Zielgruppe ansprechen
- Netzwerk: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Influencern, um langfristige Partnerschaften zu etablieren
- Kampagnen: Planung und Durchführung von Influencer-Kampagnen, einschließlich der Erstellung von Inhalten und der Auswertung von Kampagnenleistungsmetriken
- Controlling: Überwachung von Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich Influencer-Marketing, um innovative Strategien zu entwickeln und Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erzielen
- Team: Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, insbesondere dem Marketing-, Produkt
- und Content-Team, um kohärente Kampagnen und Initiativen zu gewährleisten

**Requirements**:

- Track Record: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Leitung erfolgreicher Influencer-Marketingkampagnen im In
- und Ausland, idealerweise im E-Commerce-Bereich
- Know-how: Starkes Verständnis für Social-Media-Plattformen, Trends und Best Practices
- Kommunikationstalent: Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit internationalen Influencern und internen Teams zu interagieren
- KPI Maschine: Fähigkeit, Daten und Analysen zu nutzen, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und Kampagnenerfolge zu quantifizieren
- Innovationsgeist: Und Kreativität bei der Entwicklung neuer Ansätze im Bereich Influencer-Marketing
- Teamorientierung: Dein Team ist immer in deinem Fokus. Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
