**Geldwäsche-Beauftragter/Compliance Officer (m/w)**

**_Deine Aufgaben: _**
- Kontrolle und Beaufsichtigung der Einhaltung unserer Geldwäscherichtlinien sowie der Vorgaben der nationalen Aufsichtsbehörden
- Du bist der Ansprechpartner für die Bundesbank und die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht
- Du bereitest die erforderlichen Berichte vor und überwachst die Bearbeitung der internen und externen Verdachtsmeldungen
- Organisation und Durchführung von Geldwäschepräventionsseminaren und Trainings für neue Mitarbeiter sowie für das vorhandene Personal
- Überprüfung und Aktualisierung der für die Zusammenarbeit mit den Agenten der Aufsichtsbehörden geforderten Dokumente
- Entwurf, Erstellung und Prüfung von rechtsrelevanten Dokumenten in Bezug auf administrative, polizeiliche und juristische Prozesse
- Du leitest das lokale Compliance-Team und bist für die Koordination der Teamaktivitäten verantwortlich

**_Dein Profil: _**
- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder juristisches Studium abgeschlossen
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Geldwäscheprävention in Kredit
- oder Finanzdienstleistungsinstituten mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Payments, Geldtransfer oder Geldwechsel
- Du verfügst über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du kannst unter Zeitdruck gut und effektiv Ergebnisse präsentieren
- Du besitzt gute analytische Fähigkeiten Du hast eine ehrliche, diplomatische und zielgerichtete Persönlichkeit
