- Implement and communicate procedures in compliance with EU GMP/GCP guidelines.
- Work according to internal guidelines.
- Support archivist for FRA Depot.
- Receipt of pharmaceutical products in accordance with company procedures.
- Generation of shipping documentation upon receipt of shipment requests.
- Create inventory picklists within Depot Inventory Management System.
- Physical pick of supplies from within the Depot.
- Inspection of products picked for shipment by other associates.
- Preparation of shipment export documentation.
- Processing of shipment acknowledgment receipts.
- Filing of shipment documentation.
- Post shipment notification to clients.
- Stock control including periodic cycle counts
- Performance of labelling activities according GCP-V and internal Guidelines
- Preparation and processing of Destruction documents and physical collection
- Validated shipper boxes conditioning, cleaning and stock management.
- Response to CMS alarms.
- Handling with LN₂ cryogenic freezer products including reception, storage and dispatch.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager or Depot Manager.
- Adhere to all company Policies at all times.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- good command of English and ability to communicate well with all levels
- ability to work independently & under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- minimum 2 years experience in warehouse (preferably pharmaceutical) environment
- minimum GCE 'O' levels qualification
- understanding of the CTD production industry is desirable
- excellent eye for detail and customer focused
- experiences in GMP environment
- Warehouse Management knowledge and experience
