Data Center Operator

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Data Center Operator für den Standort Berlin.
Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Aufbau, Bedienung, Betrieb und Überwachung der Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur und der dort installierten IT-Systeme (Verkabelung, Racks, Server, Netzwerke, Storage-Systeme)
- Durchführung und Kontrolle der Change
- und Configuration-Management-Prozesse in einem 24x7-Betriebsmodell
- Ausführung, Steuerung und Überwachung vorgegebener Arbeitsabläufe nach Work-Order
- Disposition und Durchführung von Zutritts
- und Zugangskontrollen
- Analyse, Dokumentation und Beseitigung von Störungen bzw. Weiterleitung an entsprechende IT-Support-Teams
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, wie z. B. Fachinformatiker, Systemelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung, alternativ Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Betrieb von Datacenter-Komponenten und im WAN/Carrier-Bereich, Betrieb von DWDM-Komponenten vorteilhaft
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Rechenzentren, mit deren Energieversorgung und Zutrittssystemen sowie im Kabelmanagement und in der Installation von Hardware-Komponenten
- Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Tools und DCIM-Systemen
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit in einem 24x7-Betrieb
- Selbstverständlicher Umgang mit englischen Herstellerdokumentationen
- Zuverlässige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gutes Kommunikationsvermögen sowie Engagement und Teamgeist
