**Job Description**:
**What we are looking for**
- Reporting to the P&O Director -Product&Technology
- you will be responsible for executing people processes across the AVIV Group
- Consult and enable our tech leaders and population on a diverse range of people topics by acting as their trusted and strategic people partner (e.g. workforce planning, hiring plan tracking, talent review, succession planning)
- Track HR metrics available to make decisions (eg. HC growth against target, attrition rates)
- Support in implementing and best use of Workday HCM together with the global HR BP team
- Set up people guidelines in alignment with our global people strategy to be locally compliant and provide strategic guidance for the teams
- Implement and oversee HR operations processes which are perfectly aligned with the individual needs of the business to ensure the highest possible service levels
- In collaboration with our global Talent Acquisition, providing a data-driven & results-oriented recruiting and resource planning
- Together with the leaders, execute and steer performance and feedback reviews for all our AVIV GmbH employees
- Advise on local labour law regulations and implications in collaboration with the Aviv HR BPs and Axel Springer HR departments
- Implement Career Paths and development conversations
- Facilitate team sessions regarding AVIV’s engagement survey and work with the leaders on measurable action planning

**Qualifications**:
**Who we are looking for**
- You have more than 5 years of experience in HR management of an international company (platform/marketplace/classified/IT) in a comparable position (HRBP for Product/Engineering/Data population)
- You are comfortably working in a fast-paced, lean, and agile environment
- You have strong communication skills coupled with tact and empathy for different personalities
- You have an analytical and operational strength to ensure data-driven decisions
- You have a good knowledge of German labour, works constitution and social security law
- You feel confident in a cross-cultural matrix organization
- Fluent in German and English, French is a plus. The position is based in Berlin
- You are able to be in the office at least 2 x per week
