**DIE STELLE**:
Als Documantation Specialist in der chemischen Entwicklung in Biberach, übernehmen Sie viele verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben wie z.B. das Zusammenführen wichtiger Informationen in einem Dokument, damit die Ergebnisse wertvoller Experimente im Technikumsmaßstab dauerhaft festgehalten werden können.
Die Nutzung digitaler Dokumentationssysteme wird dabei von immer grösserer Bedeutung und dennoch besteht die Basis Ihrer Arbeit aus einer guten Kommunikation in einem offenen und freundlichen Arbeitsumfeld.

**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**:
- In Ihrer neuen Rolle erstellen Sie Dokumente für Technikumssynthesen, z.B. Chargenherstellberichte, Reinigungsberichte, Technikumsberichte und Etiketten, anhand von bereitgestellten Berichten.- Außerdem kümmern Sie sich um die Verwaltung und formale Prüfung von GMP-pflichtigen Herstellungs
- und Reinigungsdokumenten in den Herstellbetrieben.- Sie erstellen und verwalten Logbücher in Papierform oder elektronischer Form.- Weiter verantworten Sie die elektronische Ablage von Dokumenten in verschiedensten BI-internen Systemen.- Dabei verwalten, betreuen und strukturieren Sie das Dokumentenarchiv.- Die Materialstammpflege von Roh-, Zwischenprodukten und Wirkstoffen sowie Freigabe von Zwischenprodukten in SAP fällt ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.**Anforderungen**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Laborbereich als Biologielaborant, Chemielaborant, Pharmakant (m/w/d) mit langjähriger, relevanter Berufserfahrung- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in GMP-konformer Dokumentation, idealerweise Erfahrung in MES-Systemen- Gute Kenntnisse von Office Anwendungen und SAP- Hohes Maß an Organisationstalent, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit- Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Problemerkennung, -bearbeitung und -lösung komplexer Zusammenhänge- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
