In our Engineering (Electronics & Embedded) department, you will be working on future-relevant innovations for agriculture in a state-of-the-art environment. As **Scrum Master (M/F/d)** you will create an optimal working environment for the agile development teams by promoting agile values and principles, teaching associated working practices and removing obstacles to optimally support the teams in achieving their goals. Become a coach for our high performance teams

**What You Will Do**
- You coach the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices and lead the Scrum and development teams in self-organization
- You help the Product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction and committed goals
- You remove impediments and promote an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow and continuous improvement
- You resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- You define and report key performance metrics and opportunities for improvement
- You help the Scrum team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity by increasing independence and personal responsibility

**What You Will Bring**
- Completed degree in computer science, computer engineering, psychology, communications, or equivalent
- Experience in the role of a Scrum Master for an engineering or data-focused agile team
- A “servant leader” mindset, dedicated to optimizing processes to develop high performing teams
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills

**A Plus If You Have**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and predict potential risks and blockers and proactively address them
- Experience building roadmaps, project/release plans with a strong understanding of dependency management
- Experience working with and in Agile teams
- Training and/or certification as Scrum Master or Agile Coach is a benefit but not essential
