**Scrum Master (m/w/d)**

**What You Will Do**
- You will assist with overall program / project planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well understood and modeled in project plans and schedules
- You will identify, document and publish risks and issues related to the overall program and define resolution paths as needed
- You collect and consolidate cross-team status for delivery to stakeholders and executives
- You plan and execute meetings and ceremonies in accordance with Agile/Scrum software development best practices
- You will be responsible for timely and quality delivery of committed milestones

**What You Will Bring**
- Computer science degree or degree with practical experience in agile project environment
- Several years of practical experience in agile SW development or Scrum methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

**A Plus If You Have**
- Knowledge of project management tools (preferably Azure DevOps) desirable
- ScrumMaster certification

**Who You Are**
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Strong communication skills in German and English and strong facilitation skills
