Von der Reservierung über das Bezahlen und das Sammeln von luca Points, wir helfen dir deinen Alltag zu erleichtern.

Damit luca noch öfter zum Möglichmacher für wunderbare Momente wird, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n **Team Lead** **Sales (m/w/d)** für die Führung unseres Teams in **Berlin**.

Als Team Lead bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Erfolgs und wirst gemeinsam mit deinem Team unsere verschiedenen Produkte und Lösungen vertreiben.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du führst und verantwortest ein Team aus mehreren Sales Executives
- Du kümmerst dich aktiv um die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams und sorgst dafür, dass ihre als Team performt
- Du baust die Beziehungen zu unseren Bestandskund:innen aus und verantwortest die Akquirierung von Neukund:innen
- Du führst Erstgespräche mit möglichen Kund:innen und verantwortest die Organisation und Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen
- Du verantwortest proaktiv die Koordination von Vertragsabschlüssen mit unseren Kund:innen in der Gastronomie
- Du bist für die Dokumentation in unserem CRM System zuständig in Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Sales-Team
- Du gestaltest unsere Sales Strategie aktiv mit und stellst somit die Grundpfeiler unseres Wachstums der nächsten Jahre

**Dein Profil**
- Du kennst dich mit der Gastronomie aus und besitzt darin ein starkes Netzwerk
- Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung im regionalen Sales Bereich und bereits Erfahrung als Teamleiter:in
- Du bringst eine kooperative und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit
- Du profitierst von sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten über alle Unternehmensebenen hinweg, sowie Empathie und das Talent eine gute Atmosphäre in Vertriebsgesprächen zu schaffen
- Du weißt, was es braucht, um ein starkes Team zu führen und zu entwickeln und beeinflusst es positiv mit deinem proaktiven Mindset
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
