**Head of Innovation & Advanced Development/ Leiter Innovation & Vorentwicklung (m/w/d)**

Als Head of Innovation and Advanced Development bei Insta befasst Du Dich mit der Entwicklung unserer Technologiestrategie, um Insta als modernes und innovatives Technologiezentrum nach vorne zu bringen. Dabei siehst Du das große Ganze, denkst visionär und hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Trends und Themen der Zukunft. **Deine Aufgaben**
- Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Technologie
- und Innovationsstrategie
- Ableitung und Planung von Vorentwicklungsprojekten gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement und der Entwicklung
- Leitung von Vorentwicklungsprojekten und internen strategischen Projekten
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Innovationsprozesses
- Trend
- und Technologiescouting
- Beratung und Unterstützung bei Innovationsideen und technologischen Fragestellungen
- Leiten, Fördern und Entwickeln Deines Teams

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Smart Home und Smart Building
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen zu aktuellen Trends und Technologien
- Erfahrung im Management von Innovationsprojekten
- Leidenschaft für eine Innovationskultur sowie tägliches Vorleben dieser
- Breites Methodenwissen wie z.B. Design Thinking
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Prototyping-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
